Tree Service Process

We want to give you full transparency into how we operate from the time you contact us until the time we leave your property.

Step 1

After contacting Bergholz with your needs a member of our team will walk you through the next steps. You can contact us via phone or through one of the estimate request forms on this website. Please note that if you contact us using our website form it will make for a more efficient follow up call and more than likely we’ll just confirm your date and time.

After we have all of your information we’ll book a date and time for one of our estimators to visit your home and go over your tree project.

Our estimator will then give you a price and an approximate time frame in which we’ll be able to accomplish your job. If you choose to move forward you’ll be asked to sign or approve the estimate which will become your contract. Once signed we’ll set up a time and have the appropriate members of our tree team out to your property.

Our tree team will take care of the project from start to finish per the contract guidelines. If you have extra items that you need done while we’re there please let us know prior to your scheduled date. Our team works on a schedule and we want to make sure that we’re giving the best possible service to all of our customers. All contracted work is done in-house by the Bergholz team of trained professionals. We do not use outside subcontractors.
